Overwhelming feelings can be crippling. When it feels like you’ve stretched yourself to the limit trying to make both ends meet while taking care of the nitty-gritty of daily life, you wonder how to even begin to carve out space for your big dreams. There is no shortage of advice when it comes to entrepreneurial hustle, but if you still feel stuck after following them to a T, then you need to take a step back and reassess the fundamentals: Your health, your vision, your energy, your values. People typically equate “doing more” with progress, but this is not always true.  Why does it feel like you’re not moving the needle despite your daily efforts? Doing more of the wrong things actually does more harm, particularly to your health, your wellbeing, and your goals. On the contrary, doing more of the right things can catapult you from an uninspiring, and financially challenging spot, to the very peak of Maslow’s pyramid — fulfillment. But what ARE the right things?  

For this episode, I invited Anna Lundberg- founder of One Step Outside- to talk about the many ways of getting one’s self unstuck from an overwhelming and unproductive state, to a higher level of frequency that allows you to achieve greater clarity and focused energy towards your lifelong dreams and goals.  Anna Lundberg is the founder of One Step Outside, where she helps experienced professionals around the world design a career, a business and a lifestyle that brings them more freedom, flexibility and fulfilment - outside of the conventional 9 to 5.
