Frank Rolfe – who along with his partner Dave Reynolds, is one of the largest mobile home park owner in the U.S. and has appeared as an industry expert in such publications as the New York Times, National Geographic, Bloomberg and Time Magazine -- will tackle the idea of how to choose the correct type of park to buy.
