In early 2020, after spending close to 40 years in chief compliance roles at some of the world’s largest institutions, Eric T. Young began his new venture, Young Enterprises, a compliance advisory firm. He recently published his first book: “Declaration of Independence - How Independent Compliance Officers and Directors Can Hold Management More Accountable.”  Eric sits down with Guidepost’s CEO, Julie Myers Wood, for a candid conversation about his career journey from compliance officer to entrepreneur and now author. He shares his experiences working with outside compliance professionals and provides a sneak-peek of his new book.
