Harriet is joined by Venetia Adamson, yoga teacher, work-wife to Harriet, and Nourish Yoga Training faculty member. Venetia started pracricing yoga whilst studying Univesity in London. Soon she started to incorporate the lessons learnt on the mat into her everyday life. After a couple of years of travelling, working and training, she I decided to take the leap and make my yoga practice her work.
