Phillips remembers Bucky’s name but there’s a grammatical issue and we’re here for it. We talk about the relationship between Colonel Phillips and Steve Rogers, and wonder if there’s enough of Phillips to really call him a change character. Why is he being so ridiculously diminutive to Steve? But he does give Steve and idea. And Peggy’s face sure seems to say that the filmmakers’ intentions weren’t to have us read that Peggy came here just to get Steve moving. So confusing.
