In this episode of the "bread of life" podcast, Tanesha talks about how we are able to obtain comfort from the Lord if we humble ourselves and cast our cares upon Him. 

The mercy of God is available to all, in fact they are new each morning. However, though this gift is freely available, many of us do not obtain the benefit of it due to our inability to humble ourselves. 

The compassion of Jesus  is readily available to attend to us. The bible says He is our present help in time of need. Tanesha reveals several ways in which the Lord offers us His comfort and uses scripture to expose those who have benefited from running into His arms.
