Tied, stressed, anxious, lonely and the list goes on. These are just some of the emotions that we feel daily. Some people are much better at handling these than others, and its something I am continually trying to become better at myself. Now that doesn't mean to block these feelings out or mask them, as they only come back stronger.
If your way of dealing with the lows is to run away, I hope today's episode will help. I want to share three simple little tricks that will help. It's not going to make them disappear forever, but whenever I'm feeling down, low or not my usual self, these three simple actions really help me out.
