Bianca Nicolosi had always had a side hustle selling of vintage and retro collectables.

A moment came when her manager at the bank where she worked had her in tears. She knew that she just couldn’t do it any more.

So she quit her job and turned her side hustle into a business.

Now she decides when to work and when to spend time with her kids.
