Formerly serving as the chair of the Cambridge Angels, he now holds the title of President Emeritus at the European Business Angels Network (EBAN). Additionally, Cowley is a board member of the Global Business Angels Network (GBAN), which falls under the umbrella of the Global Entrepreneurs Network.
