Chuck points out that we’ve confused the baton of engagement with the mantle of leadership. But when a runner passes a baton, they stop running. They immediately get off the track and stay out of the race. \r\nPassing the baton signifies that you’re done. But it’s not time to stop—it’s time to refire.
