Born in Jamaica, she remembers seeing deceased family members and hearing voices as young as three or four before eventually asking not to see spirits anymore. Years later, Reiki helped her better understand and develop intuitive abilities she says had always been there, including clairaudience and clairsentience, while deepening her understanding of energy and how her body communicates with her.\nKesaine reflects on why she considers using her inner compass in a world shaped by societal expectations a rebellious act, and how anxiety, expansion, physical discomfort, and other sensations provide information when making choices. Despite years of studying astrology, she allows her own experience to come first, often returning to the chart afterward to understand or confirm what she has already experienced. She also shares how years of meditation, yoga, breathwork, Reiki, and other practices have become integrated into everyday life, allowing the tools to support rather than replace her own wisdom.","thumbnail_url":"https://img.transistorcdn.com/rrH9oWo95eYlN2_CC_hAigu7ICjhxZVzBfMHSZa31hk/rs:fill:0:0:1/w:400/h:400/q:60/mb:500000/aHR0cHM6Ly9pbWct/dXBsb2FkLXByb2R1/Y3Rpb24udHJhbnNp/c3Rvci5mbS8yZWJi/YTMxZWYyMTBlNmE2/ZGVjYTRhNzA0MGY5/N2EwZi5qcGc.webp","thumbnail_width":300,"thumbnail_height":300}
