We employ around 225 staff, with 35% diagnosed with an intellectual or physical disability and a further 35% being culturally and linguistically diverse, with a strong representation of trauma across the whole workforce. We maintain the highest levels of staff support to leverage their capabilities, in delivering our products and services.\r\n\r\nWith 20 years of experience in leadership roles, I have been fortunate to have exposure to the public, private and not-for-profit sectors as an owner, contractor, and consultant across manufacturing, infrastructure, aquaculture, research and education.
