That way you can tailor the design to the guests.You want the guests to leave the hotel where they feel like they had an enriching experience and make sure to interest them.Hospitality is all about making people feel comfortable in a space that isn’t familiar to them. You want to make them feel like it’s a home away from home. Don’t be afraid to think outside the box. That is how innovation is created and it allows for new opportunities.It’s good to have people with different views or ways of working all on the same project.
