Judging myself, separate from others & that constant heaviness was comfortable & known. Joy, happiness & ease on the other hand was not something I could control or define and therefore way beyond what I thought I had available to me. But what if every day could be about what you CAN choose, not about what you’ve already chosen.So I started to explore what I could choose that would be an acknowledgment of what is actually true for me, what would inspire me & light that fire inside me once again. Long story short…many dance lessons later slowly but surely I came back to life & back to being present; as ME.Key takeaways & tools;•⁠  ⁠Every day; destroy & uncreate everything you’ve defined yourself as.
