He has a Peach mint Pisco Sour. Josh's recipe is 2 oz. Pisco, 1 oz lime juice, 3/4 oz peach syrup, with muddled mint leaves and an egg white.  Do a dry shake followed by a wet shake and double strain into a coop glass.  Cheers!\nDad's recipe for his uses Pina Colada using Coco lopez to make it extra creamy.  His Strawberry Daiquiri is a standard build.
