Probably, the supplementary question would be how can I know it is God? We hold three core beliefs on this:\n- God does still speak today\n- Everyone can (not necessarily does) hear God.\n- God is speaking, are we listening?\nGideon is still unsure so asks God to confirm and reconfirm what He had said. How to hear God and ask for proof even amongst our doubts is part of our walk with Jesus. God graciously responds, not because of any unbelief, but because His purposes are divine. Gideon, really at heart was not looking for a sign, but for more understanding of God. This is addressing where we need God to grow us, as God knows what we need. Likewise, Gideon received what was needed, and you will too.\nThis is Part 3 of our new series - Gideon brought to you by Jonny where he unpacks this message.\n\nGroup Notes\nPlease click below if you would like to download and read the group notes for this message!\nGroup Notes - Can I Hear God Speak to Me?\n\nListen on iTunes & Spotify\nSubscribe to our channels and listen to our messages on Apple Podcasts and Spotify.\nWatch on YouTube\nYou can watch the messages on our YouTube channel.\nGive to Renewal\nYou may wish to help us by contributing to the work of Renewal.
