Researchers demonstrate that over time, platelet function shifts away from hemostasis and toward a more immunomodulatory role. These finding could have important implications for transfusion medicine and certain platelet-related disease states. After that, use of odronextamab, a CD20×CD3 bispecific antibody, in patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, or DLBCL, progressing after CAR T cell therapy. The study is the first to evaluate the efficacy and safety of this therapy in the post-CAR T cell treatment setting.
