James explains how learners can turn their creative interests into professional skills through everything from graphic novels, posters, and video editing to user interface design, 3D modelling, and virtual environments. Using industry-standard software such as Figma, 3ds Max, Blender, and Unreal Engine, learners don’t just learn the theory — they learn by creating, experimenting, and responding to real-world briefs.\nJames also shares what makes Digital Media at LDE UTC so exciting, with employer-led challenges and opportunities to work with organisations such as Disney, Industrial Light & Magic, Intel, and Google. Learners develop much more than technical skills, building confidence, communication, teamwork, project management, and an industry-ready portfolio along the way. Whether their future lies in games, film, graphic design, 3D design, interactive media, or another creative digital career, this episode shows just how many possibilities can begin with an idea, a little creativity, and the confidence to bring it to life! 😊\n\nFor exclusive content and for a sneak peek behind the scenes, please visit: https://www.industryready.co.uk","thumbnail_url":"https://img.transistorcdn.com/mSZH9_gSkD08vcFPe9fMsCLlTmY2aAb8QlEqE7gkPRg/rs:fill:0:0:1/w:400/h:400/q:60/mb:500000/aHR0cHM6Ly9pbWct/dXBsb2FkLXByb2R1/Y3Rpb24udHJhbnNp/c3Rvci5mbS8zNjdk/ZmQzMzRmYTYwNmY0/NzRiM2JkYTFkYWM5/OTU4Ny5qcGc.webp","thumbnail_width":300,"thumbnail_height":300}
