He began his professional brewing career in 2011 as a production brewer with Deschutes Brewery in Bend, OR. From there, he moved to the Deschutes Portland Public House and Brewery as the assistant research and development brewer. His next two stops involved working with smaller, family owned breweries prior to moving to New Orleans to work at Faubourg Brewery.
