While 400 or so miles north, in Minas Gerais, the court ordered B365 to reactivate a user's account that was blocked apparently due to the better's profitable performance The court found the platform's contract clause allowing unilateral account termination to be abusive, violating principles like good faith and contractual balance under Brazil's consumer protection code.The precedent is set, arbitrary rulings can be challenged through the courts in Brazil, and moves that operators have made all over the world, might not wash in the new regulated market.
