We also talked about things that are good for your mental health—like actually getting sleep (ironic considering how much I clearly wasn’t sleeping). Decluttering came up too, which, honestly, felt like the internet taking a jab at my existence. And we had a full-on discussion about how I’ll never eat ramen again after my broke college days.
