Not everyone is angry at this time, many are, and for all number of reasons and due various recent events. Regardless, we also have the end of the year and holidays coming up which can potentially bring challenging family dynamics, loneliness, stress, and reminiscing. This episode aims to remind you that you are allowed to feel angry, it is healthy to experience and express anger, and that it is a natural and normal emotion that all humans experience.
