Puck explains why he likes the NBA, but also acknowledging their issues. Puck and Jim touch in on the Seahawks' recent trade, Tom Brady's broadcasting challenges, and the legacy of Bronny  James and LeBron. Rob Staton of SeahawksDraftBlog.comjoins the show after Jim leaves and they dive into the recent trade for Ernest Jones from the Titans. Rob and Puck go back and forth on the deal and the pros and cons of it. Rob is worried that it may prevent Seattle from further addressing their needs along the offensive line. Puck likes the trade because it fixes a major issue with their linebacking core. Good news for the Seahawks as Abe Lucas and George Fant will return to practice this week. We don’t know the timeline for the return of Lucas but it’s good news that he’s back.  Rob wonders if Lucas could possibly move inside and play guard when healthy if they keep Fant on the outside or can Fant or Mike Jerrell play inside?  They both agree that they need the five best OL on the line at once. Ryan Divish of the Seattle Times stops by for his weekly Mariners offseason visit and this week they discuss the season of Julio Rodriguez.   Divish is currently subbing for an agriculture class in his hometown of Havre, Montana!  The discussion highlights the pressures that Julio faces , the impact of team dynamics on performance, and what Julio must do to improve as a player.
