We also talk about the grief that happens while someone is still here, the loss of the parent we once knew, and how hard it can be to watch someone you love slowly lose pieces of themselves.\n\nWhile the journey for the caregiver is incredibly difficult, Tracy shares how she’s managed to bring humor and laughter throughout the daily challenges, but also how stepping away to regroup is essential for showing up in a positive light for her parents.  \nIf you're caring for a parent, partner, grandparent, or another loved one, this is a reminder that there is no perfect.
