The first cycle drew 62 submissions. The framework charges no commission, no submission fee and no revenue share, arriving as the app store's standard 30% cut fragments under court and regulatory pressure.\n\nWhat is the Nimiq Mini Apps Competition? A three-cycle programme in which builders create Mini Apps using the Nimiq Pay Mini Apps Framework. Each cycle runs four weeks, and more than $50,000 in total prizes is on offer.\n\nWhen does Cycle II run? From 24 August to 18 September 2026, with $17,000 in prizes.\n\nWho can enter?
