He currently serves as Executive Director of Al Kasaba Theatre and Cinematheque in Ramallah, works on heritage and creative-economy programmes supporting Palestinian artisans, and advises the Tawfiq and Nimat Fakhouri Foundation. He founded and leads the Palestine Cultural Incubator — the first cultural incubator in Palestine — and has previously led resource mobilisation at the Palestinian Museum and worked with institutions including the Edward Said National Conservatory of Music.\nAl Kasaba was founded in Jerusalem in 1970 as the Theatre Arts Group, renamed Shawk Theatre in 1984, adapted to screen films in 1989, and reopened in Ramallah in 2000.
