Founded in 1968, the Aida Youth Centre works with the camp’s children and young people through art, film, photography, music, and summer programmes, while advocating for Palestinian refugees’ rights. Saed is also one of the people who walks visitors through Aida, a camp overshadowed by the Apartheid Wall and Israeli military watchtowers.\nWe visited Aida with Saed. While he was showing us the camp, the Israeli army fired tear gas and children scattered through its streets.
