You want to make employees feel welcomed where they are. \nYou need to be empathetic with others. Everyone who plays a role in hospitality is important and if you don’t have that, then your space will never see success.\nThe first step in the design process is programming. It’s your responsibility to make sure that you communicate effectively with the clients to make sure everyone is on the same page.\nHospitals and doctors offices are spots where hospitality hasn’t really taken hold yet.
