If your school culture isn’t where you want it to be, there are two critical things to look at:·      First is the quality of the relationships you have with others. If those aren’t where you want them to be, go back to Friday’s email, print it off, and cut out the list of bullet points. Tape them to your computer, your door, mirror, everywhere. Just begin asking questions that help you learn about people.·      Second, and this will be an upcoming episode, look at the alignment within your organization.
