He was over one-year late completing my house - Higher interest rates- Higher carrying costs- Lost the loan at the end because he dragged on for so longd. He does not have basic building knowledgee.  He is disorganized and never writes anything down – you are the organizer.f. He only has a very limited number of low-quality subs – and most of them dislike him.g.   He flooded my house, then refused to take care of the damage…- I  had to file with my builder’s risk insurance, they subrogated him- My home insurance rates doubledh. He is dishonest, manipulative and uncaring about his clients.i. They over promise and under deliver on the service, and that’s an understatement5. Issues we had…a. Plumbing leaks galoreb. AC condensate leaksc. Roof leaks galore – had to call someone else in after he threw 3 different roofing amateurs at it.d. They put a sound device in our homee.
