Kevin Frankish speaks with the Ontario Medical Association President Dr. Rose Zacharias. Fixing wait times, mental health and doctor shortages in the Peel and York regions are priorities as the provincial election nears. The OMA has pulled together statistics that show what work needs to be done to improve health care in York & Peel Regions.

Tina Cortese looks at "Hybrid Savings". Research from The International Working Group (IWG) finds the adoption of hybrid working could save companies an average of $13,000 annually per employee when factoring in costs such as rent, heating, support staff, etc. A company can save as much as 51% on suburban office spaces compared to city locations. For example, a company with a 100,000 square foot Toronto office would save almost $8M per year by moving 50% of its footprint to the suburbs — closer to where many employees live.
 
Ann Rohmer speaks with Alex Cheung, Director of Programs with Blue Door. The discussion covers an overview of Blue Door as well as transitional housing; the challenges that people face finding housing.
