COVID-19, political and social unrest, uncertainty in this upcoming school year, all added on to an extremely busy and competitive real estate market is causing many in the real estate industry to be experiencing high levels of stress. Dealing with stress for real estate agents is critical for long-term as well as short term reasons. Dr. Kryzia Olsen, a naturopathic physician and acupuncturist shares how to identify signs that you are stressed and then tips to deal with it. 

Signs that you’re stressed include:
  • Gaining losing weight
  • Not sleeping well
  • Digestive problems
Tips for dealing with stress: 
  • Schedule time to play, guilt free
  • Engage in deep belly breathing
  • Avoid snacking, which doesn’t allow your internal digestive system to properly clean your system
  • Go to bed around 10 pm
  • Exercise
