Tracey Crowe hails from Owensboro, Kentucky, and is a graduate of Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green. With nearly 25 years of experience in the multifamily industry, which she is passionate about, Tracey has dedicated the last 15 years to active involvement with the Greater Nashville Apartment Association (GNAA). Notably, she served as the Chairman of the Board for GNAA’s nonprofit organization and continues to contribute as an active past Chair.

Growing up in Kentucky, Tracey was fortunate to meet many incredible people who have played a role in advancing her career. She strongly believes in paying it forward. Currently, she serves as a Regional Property Manager and is deeply committed to advancing the industry. With her passion for multifamily housing, philanthropy, and community engagement, Tracey is confident in her ability to help shape the future of the industry.
