No Rain, No Gain! | Day 11 Patriot Pushup Challenge - Storm Gets the Camera! | GenXpert Yeah, we got some storms going on today. I haven't I don't have my sunglasses today. That's the first time for everything, right? so yeah, it's a little bit stormy today, but we I'm under the carport and we're gonna try to get these push-ups knocked out today. And day 11, can you believe we made 11 days? I want to thank you for showing up today. I want to thank you for being here today. You could be anywhere else, but you're here doing push-ups to honor patriots and our forefathers and our veterans.People to keep this country safe in honor of America 250. That's what we're doing in the rain and everything. In the rain. The Lord's made it rain. Now I'm gonna have to mow again. I just got finished mowing everything. Now I'm gonna have to mow again. Mow again and again. it rains a lot in Arkansas, guys. I know you don't think it does, but it does. Rains a lot in Arkansas, especially in the mountains up here in the Ozark Mountains.So let's get these push-ups done, alright? 31 push-ups. I'm gonna try to do them all at once. We'll see. Kind of outgrew it a little bit, but yeah, it happens when you're over 50, right guys? When you get over 50 and you get old, you outgrow stuff. But I made a point to wear this because I'm gonna get back in it. I'm gonna get back in it and you're gonna help me. We're gonna do this together. If you're over 50 and you think you can't get in shape,If you haven't been working out before this, before this year, I hadn't worked out a lick in seven years. I retired eight years ago. And now I'm working out almost every day. I'm lifting weights, getting stronger. I feel so much better than I used to feel. I used to get up and my legs would be so heavy and I couldn't walk from the parking lot into the store.I was really obese. I weighed about 50, you know, I gained 50 pounds after I retired. I still need to lose about 20 or 30 more. But I'm getting there. Just doing 1% a day. That's all I'm trying to do. It's coming down really hard. I don't know if you can see it's coming down hard. It's about to get wet. Alright, we gotta go. It's starting to rain inside here on the camera and everything. So I'm Rick Carman.
