He has build a digital version of himself that can sit in various organisations!

His mum was like an entrepreneur working 4 jobs and Dad working 70hrs a week. 

He got some great advice from his first NED - sell the business as soon as possible.

He spend 40% of his time in conversations with colleagues (50%) and with his digital self (50%)! 

When he thinks of success, he thinks of his Mother & family - giving to charity. 

Does not like to look too long ahead 18-24months max.

He feels part of a digital revolution - can make more money, with less risk. Can deliver more value, cheaper and more accurately.

One of his biggest challenges is to find the right talent.

Final tips - cash is king; paper valuation is worthless - its all about real value; and find great coaches and great mentors.
