Summary

In this episode we talk to Dan and Gaby from the Texas Yeast Lab.

We drink Weihenstephaner's Original Premium Lager and newly rebranded Modelo Negra. We discuss everything yeast from mutations, different lager strains, and the migration of European yeasts.
We also get to talk about beginnings, endings, hometowns, and how some people got together to start collecting and propigating yeast strains to help make great Texas beers. And probably some not so great Oklahoma beers. *Shudder* Oklahoma

And then Cutter tries to slip Kansas into more conversations.
