"We had nothing there. It was just mud. I would pull up, take the desk out of my trunk. I had this cute little lookbook that had, you know, all the finishes and stuff we've picked out. We had some renderings. I have hard hats with our logo on them. And so we'd walk around, and I would kind of, like, stand and be like, so this is where a wall is going to be. And then I'd shimmy over and go, and then this is is where the door is. And literally, there was nothing there when we sent out our first contract.
