I love new months because it means room for new goal setting and ways to troubleshoot what worked/what didn't from the month before and reflect. In this episode, I explain the importance of habits and how they work to help us become our best future self. Welcome to the Grow As You Go Podcast: with Michaela Diehl. My goal is to remind you that you are never alone in anything you are going through and that we are ALWAYS growing as we go. As much as we want to have all the answers to our problems, we gotta take it one day at a time. After moving out of my small town in Pennsylvania to Austin, Texas a few years ago, I was forced to grow a lot in a short amount of time.
