James Dooley: Using AI agents, including voice AI within GoHighLevel CRM software. Today I'm joined with Kasra Dash and every single week it seems that we're using these AI agents for different things with regards to overflow call centres. They can answer 24/7. They can be fact-finding and getting certain information. So let's jump in and show some examples and why the AI agents with GoHighLevel have been great and transformational for a lot of our customers that take lead generation and tech leads are looking to convert. Kasra Dash: Yeah. So within GoHighLevel if you click on AI agents and if you click on knowledge base first of all what you want to basically do is set up the knowledge base. Now I've got one here for the masterminders which is my SEO conference. And you can basically do a lot of different variances. As you can see I've been using the web crawler. And the web crawler you basically just give it URLs of your website and it'll go to those URLs and once it's finished crawling that URL it will say status trained. What it does is it goes to the page, scans everything that it needs to know and it understands everything it needs about that page. Kasra Dash: What I would recommend in this section is getting the web crawler to crawl your homepage so it understands your services, who you are, your about page, maybe you've got a meet the team page and then any services that you actually offer. So there might be 20 or 30 pages that it crawls. If there's anything in particular, for example in my conference we've got VIP tickets and what's included in the VIP tickets, this is more of a manual process. If I expand on any of this you can see that I have filled in things like what are the travel options to get to the conference venue. I've said you can walk to it, you can get the train and so on. If there's anything in particular you want to add a source and then add an FAQ. There's also tables and rich text and you can upload files, maybe PDF documents or emails. You can upload all of those and it will train the knowledge vault. Kasra Dash: Once you've got the knowledge vault set up next you've got the agent templates. If you're going after voice AI and you run a service-based business that's only open 9am till 5pm you can select one of these voices and it overlays the knowledge vault. So let's say you've got this AI receptionist here. He will be trained on the brain that you've given it. This is why I think the knowledge base needs proper time spent on it because the outcome is based on how much data you give the brain. The more data points it has, the more pages it's crawling, the better the AI voice will be trained up. James Dooley: Let me just stop you there for one second with regards to the knowledge base because I want to instil this into anyone looking to get GoHighLevel and use AI agents. I want to stress the importance of training the AI on everything that you do. Kasra Dash has gone into detail about adding extra bits in but literally everything you want the AI to understand needs to be in there. They are speaking to your clients 24/7. These are your digital salesforce. You want to make certain that everything they are saying you are happy with. It is so important to train them correctly just like you would with a sales team. Even if it takes two or three days of going through everything, do it properly because then 24/7, 365 days of the year these AI agents are working as your digital salesforce. Get it right. It is garbage in and garbage out. You do not want hallucinations. You want the knowledge base to be accurate so this becomes the best salesforce you have ever trained. Kasra Dash: It doesn't matter which AI voice you use. It comes down to the knowledge base. The more information you give it, the better the output. There are different voices. You can search by business niche and there are different pricing tiers. Some are premium and you pay yearly, some are free. Once you set up the conversation bot you can set goals. Whether you're using voice AI or the conversation AI which is like a chat bot on the bottom right of your website, or voice AI which picks up calls when you're out of office, you can set goals. Goal one might be get the person's name. Goal two get the email. Goal three get the telephone number. It works naturally into the conversation. Kasra Dash: It won't just ask for a telephone number straight away. If James asks do you do UPVC windows, it will answer that question. Then it might say by the way what's your email and I can send more information. If James asks another question about bifolding doors it will answer that and then ask for the telephone so a sales rep can get in contact. It does it in a very natural way. James Dooley: For me whether it's voice AI or conversational AI, including WhatsApp integrations, email flows and follow ups, as soon as an enquiry comes in it is being followed up with workflows. The fact that these AI agents work 24/7, 365 days of the year and once trained properly they are transforming conversion rates. I am seeing businesses that used to convert at 12 or 13 percent now at 21 or 22 percent. Nearly doubling conversions because they nurture leads better, respond faster and handle fact-finding. Some businesses are inundated with enquiries and do not know how to gather pricing information quickly. These AI agents help collect that information. You can set goals and the AI is trained to fact-find and get it. If someone wants to speak to a human it can transfer calls as well. The AI agents are working very well within GoHighLevel.
