Nature Meditations

According to the ancients, the world and everything in it (including you and me) is made of 5 very basic elements: Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space. They developed a system of inner practices called Laya Yoga which explores these elements as they exist in nature and also within us. The practice promises that when you and I meditate on these elements it helps us develop a deep sense of belonging, a knowing that we are “at home” exactly where we are.

What is Nature Meditations?

Yoga Therapist and owner of Davidson Yoga Therapy, Samantha Leonard will take you through five traditional meditations that help you be at home in nature. These meditations are based on the ancient practice of Laya Yoga that explores how all of the elements of nature exist as much within us as in the world around us.
