It has the ability to unlock the fullness of life and as author Melody Beattie puts it -turn what we have into enough, our denials into acceptance, chaos to order, and confusion to clarity. We also have an opportunity to use the power of gratitude to list how we can be of service to the lives of our fellows. As Adam Grant says โ€œ๐™™๐™ค๐™ฃโ€™๐™ฉ ๐™Ÿ๐™ช๐™จ๐™ฉ ๐™˜๐™ค๐™ช๐™ฃ๐™ฉ ๐™ฎ๐™ค๐™ช๐™ง ๐™—๐™ก๐™š๐™จ๐™จ๐™ž๐™ฃ๐™œ๐™จ. ๐˜พ๐™ค๐™ช๐™ฃ๐™ฉ ๐™ฎ๐™ค๐™ช๐™ง ๐™˜๐™ค๐™ฃ๐™ฉ๐™ง๐™ž๐™—๐™ช๐™ฉ๐™ž๐™ค๐™ฃ๐™จ ๐™ฉ๐™ค๐™คโ€ A grateful person is often more optimistic, energetic, enthusiastic, determined, interested, and joyful than a person stuck in resentment, fear, and views the world though a lens of scarcity. Expressing regular gratitude has been attributed to feeling stronger when faced with challenges, feeling less envious, and experiencing less stress. Rather than simply making a list of things we enjoy about our life. It also includes the mundane, the hardships that have allowed us to grow, as well as our contributions to other. Gratitude as an action means itโ€™s a verb and works best when it is embodied or acted upon, spoken aloud and is incredibly fulfilling when it connects us to someone else. ๐—ค๐˜‚๐—ฒ๐˜€๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป ๐—ณ๐—ผ๐—ฟ ๐˜๐—ต๐—ฒ ๐—ช๐—ฒ๐—ฒ๐—ธ What are three contributions that I am grateful for?
