You will not survive if you are not where you want to be, if it's not healthy, if it's not motivating you. It's just not gonna happen. You won't have the energy to make it. Conversely, if you are where you want to be,

You will be motivated. You will do things that you otherwise didn't think was possible simply because you want to stay where you are.

That's what it is. That's where the motivation comes from. If you're not where you want to be, go there. Get there at all costs. Your survival depends on it.
