We only use Youtube as a platform to get clients to work with us at zero costs, so if you were to ask me, just doing Youtube alone isn’t the answer but only the jumping off point. Sure you can monetize it and get a few hundred dollars, but it’s neither going to hurt or help your business.

Hi there! My name is Jackson Wilkey of the Channel Junkies and together with my partner, Jesse Dau, we have built a million-dollar real estate business just from Youtube content marketing.
