Did you know that there is an antithesis to that? There is an opposite. That's right, you've all heard of a glimmer of hope. Well, glimmers... are sights and sounds, tastes, events, things you see that trigger happy memories and happy thoughts. So, search out your glimmers. Think about things, music, sounds, smells, things that create glimmers and happy thoughts. Find them and have them handy for when you need them so you can start your day off. with glimmer of hope.
