Speaking of which… This season we kick things off with an extra EPIC episode. I welcome Lizzy to the show as we come together to remember our beloved mutual friend, Michael Stretch, who unfortunately passed recently.

Michael was a positive force in everyone's life and he will be honored with Stretch Fest, a carnival of family fun including balloon animals, face painting and much more. You can catch the Stretch Fest on May 20th and 21st at Crossroads Market, and again on June 3rd and 4th at Calgary Farmers market South.
