Shifting your view of “the comfort zone” can lead to a more positive and fulfilling life. Kristen Butler is the CEO of Power of Positivity and shares her story about how getting back to her comfort zone and embracing positivity transformed her life. We have been socialized to believe that the path to success involves stepping out of your comfort zone, but it’s time to revisit this narrative. Putting your entire identity into a business and hustling to the point of discomfort and depletion is unhealthy. It’s time that we redefine our relationship with comfort and allow ourselves to live in a fulfilling and less stressful rhythm with our bodies. Bring balance back into your life by embracing comfort!
