The Interview: Ruari Hardy and Storm Ciaran

This week Matthew Leach speaks to Guernsey’s Head of Law Enforcement and the Chair of the States Strategic Co-ordinating Group, Ruari Hardy.

Mr Hardy was responsible for co-ordinating the island’s response to Storm Ciaran and making sure people in Guernsey were kept safe. 

They talk about the plans in place, how they were deployed to great success, and the lessons learned.
