July 1, 2025 (Tuesday) 7:30am: Brooklyn Lab coffee with half & half, made at home, and leftover salad with chicken. 12pm: Tortellini pasta salad with smoked sausage, mozzarella, red cabbage, and a garlic and dijon vinaigrette, made at home. 2pm: Half of a bottle of Trilogy kombucha and a cup of coffee with half & half at UNC Press. 6pm: A pilsner, a slice of cheese pizza, and two garlic knots at Ponysaurus Brewing in Durham, North Carolina. 7:30pm: Two asada tacos with cabbage, jalapeno, and salsa verde, made by Brian. July 4, 2025 (Friday) 9am: Brooklyn Lab coffee with half & half and a leftover slice of pizza. 1pm: Half of a bottle of Miller High Life, a small pour of rose, a slice of Orangeglo watermelon, and a chicken salad sandwich, made by Brian. 5pm: Two hot dogs with ketchup and mustard, two bottles of Blue Moon, a sliver of key lime pie made by Paul, and homemade vanilla ice cream made by Diane at Brian’s parents’ house.
