Pam believed in the model, but was having a hard time believing in herself. No one else in her area practiced this way. She felt like a swan among ugly ducklings and she was freezing because she felt so different.
There was also the logistical piece of believing that she can actually deliver on plans and she was also failing to create sense of urgency for people to come in and do their estate planning. This was partially due to a lack of confidence and partially due to the fact that she didn’t have financial urgency herself. In this kind of situation, your WHY is super important and it needs to be anchored in daily.
