Dr Cheung joins us to discuss his modern approach on chiropractic care and beyond for physical wellbeing.

It was a pleasure to welcome Ed in person to PF and hear about his philosophy of health.

This broadcast was recorded live at Profound Fitness studio and we apologise for any ambient noise in the background but it was a delight be in-person for our interview with Ed.

His website is Optimalhealthinspired.com  and his practice will be opening in Surrey in October 2021.

He gives us an outline of the extent of chiro adjustments and their objectives as well as how to go beyond just adjustments and see a complete picture of health for the body.

He shares with us his 3 T's for health! Trauma (physical health like posture, injury, ergonomics), Toxins (diet, habits of water intake, smoking etc) and Thoughts (emotional stress impact on our health).

and gives us a top 3 tips for avoiding pain and discomfort with our excessive desk and computer working.
